-Living area is small but can fit a sofa and tv unit. Will struggle to fit a large dining table but may be able to squeeze in a 4 seater dining area. There is a split system in the living space. 

-Balcony is very private and safe. Can fit a small table and chairs and possibly a small barbecue. 

-The First Bedroom has a panel heater and a built in wardrobe.
