  • The university of Melbourne is only 2.6km away (15min on public transport)
  • You could rent this apartment on a 6m lease for $575pw or on a 12m lease for $550pw
  • Common areas are all clean and well maintained
  • This apartment is located on level 21
  • Communal pool and gym on the top level can be used by residents of the apartment
  • The second bedroom would fit a double size bed (if you have guests staying) however it is very small so would be better used as a study. It comes with a desk and desk chair.
  • The bathroom was a great size and was nice and bright
  • The European laundry included a washing machine and dryer
  • The property comes with all of the furniture you see in the advertising photos however please note that the property does not come with a television so this is something that you will have to purchase when you arrive.
  • There is no traditional window in the bedroom
  • There is some construction going on opposite the apartment block (see video) so it was quite noisy when on the balcony.There were 7 other groups inspecting the property at the same time as me, so if you are keen on this one you would need to submit an application asap to avoid missing out.

* Lovely, light and bright apartment located on a quite yet central Street

* This apartment came with everything that you see in the video

* This apartment is $30pw cheaper than the last property we saw. This is a saving of $1560pw over the year

* There is a pool, gym and tennis court for the use of tenants within this building however the agent couldn't get access to show me at the inspection. There is however photographs below.
