  • There is a car park included with this apartment however it is important that you understand that it is in a car stacker

  • The landlord is currently doing dome work to the property which will be completed prior to the next tenancy. Work includes fixing up some painting defects and rectifying some marks on the split system (heating/cooling.)

  • I was impressed with the size of the balcony it would be especially good for Monti, however it is very important you are aware of the opposite construction

  • The apartment and common areas were very clean and tidy

  • Phillips Reserve is a large park at the end of the street which would be ideal for walking Monti
