  • Nice leafy, tree lined street and property is well shaded

  • Where the carport joins to front steps there isn’t much head space, I had to duck and I am 5ft 10inches.

  • No laundry and there didn’t appear to be any washing machine taps that I could find.

  • Two split systems, one in dinning area and one in sunken lounge.

  • Small free standing robes in bedrooms but there is wall shelving units

  • All bedrooms roughly the same size

  • Outdoor room which you access from outside and adjoins bedroom two window

  • Storage shed with chook pen area behind it

  • Well shaded garden and yard appeared to be dog friendly/secure. Due to the bushes/trees I didn’t walk the fence line so unsure if there is holes

  • Long driveway so off street parking shouldn’t be an issue

  • Property showing its age with minor wear and tear throughout

  • Very popular inspection with 6+ groups coming through. If you like the home I would recommend applying with $5-$20 extra per week.
