The big benefit to this property is the proximity to the freeway so trips to the airport will be quick and if you need to get to either side of the city for work it will cut a lot of time off your commute. Public transport wise you are about a 1km walk to Pascoe Vale Station but part of the way is through the park so it should be a nice walk.
