  • Overall the house is not completely modern and is due for a cosmetic update but very functional with lots of natural light.

  • Approximately 30 minutes drive to Tarneit and 40 minutes to Doncaster. The Doncaster commute is more likely to be just over an hour in peak times as you are crossing the city.

  • Williamstown is well located and I think would provide a fantastic Melbourne lifestyle. The property is within walking distance to the Botantic Gardens, Williamstown Beach and the Jawbone Flora Reserve. For a further walk or easy drive there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the main shopping precinct. George Calombaris’ restaurant (Hellenic Hotel) is particularly good and great with kids.

  • You are also located nearby to other great suburbs like Yarraville which has attracted some fantastic bars and restaurants.

  • Bayview Street is quiet with a bit of foot traffic. There is an adjacent school so it may be busier during pick up times.

  • Beautiful maintained garden out the front of property

  • Lovely front porch but some of the columns are out of line. Could be an indicator of further damage to structure. 

  • Dark but colorful entranceway 

  • First bedroom with built in robes. Ample storage with rails and cupboard space. 

  • Very large storage area under stairs and in small hallway

  • Decent sized study with lots of storage and natural night

  • Windows that open on staircase to upstairs master suite. 

  • Very large (carpeted) master bedroom with small study nook that was previously used as a small kitchenette. Balcony off room that is a bit dirty and warped balustrade.  Didn’t feel 100% safe. 

  • Walk in robe with built ins. Good selection of cupboard, draws and rails. Also heated towel rail

  • Decent sized en-suite with shower, toilet and and ample storage 

  • Large downstairs bathroom with very large tub, storage cupboard, separate shower and separate toilet

  • More storage upon entrance to main living space

  • Huge tiled living area with fireplace and raised open kitchen. 

  • Stainless steel appliances in good condition and cavity for single fridge

  • Large laundry with again, good storage

  • Second downstairs bedroom with built in robes containing rail and drawers

  • Final room downstairs can be used as a bedroom or formal living room with built in cupboard. 

  • Ducted heating downstairs with split system in living area and upstairs. Fans in other bedrooms

  • Bedrooms and front of the house are painted in bright jarring colors

  • Tenants still moving out of the house but some rooms, bathroom and cupboards quite dirty

  • Possible water damage in spots.

  • Fenced in yard safe for the dog with outdoor spa on deck 

  • Outdoor washing line in side yard. Possibly retractable but fixed permanently 

  • Beautiful back yard with lovely plants, flower and garden beds and grass

  • Enormous garage area. Some undercover and garage doors on both sides of the garage. 

  • There were only 3 other parties at the inspection and we didn’t see anyone looking particularly interested. The place was big and some of it nice but other areas need a bit of TLC
