There is no car park with this apartment and parking is incredibly expensive. I parked nearby for 1.5hours and it was $45!

The apartment is on level 18 so is nice and quite and had views over the city

The common areas (lobby and lifts) were clean and tidy and well maintained

The apartment itself was generous in size and light and bright

It was great to see that the apartment is already completely stocked with everything you could need. You literally just need to unpack your suitcase. (Many furnished apartments simply include the furniture and appliances, so this was a wonderful surprise!) 

There was only one other group inspecting this apartment at the same time as me however the agent said that this property had only just hit the rental market and this was the first time it was being shown.

The building is brand new and nobody has ever lived in this particular apartment

The apartment would be very dark with no lights on

The bedroom window looks out onto the basement garage - so I suspect that you would want to keep the blind down at all times

The bedroom door is a glass sliding door so you wouldn't have any privacy if you had guests staying.

The open plan kitchen/living area is very small and has a split system for heating/cooling

The kitchen does not include any crockery/cutlery/kettle/toaster or pots or pans so you would need to purchase all of these things

The small balcony doesn't have a view - it looks out onto a narrow side street  

I believe this property is overpriced for what it is.

There were 3 other groups inspecting this property t the same time as me.
