-Property still needs to be cleaned prior to the next tenancy commencing which the agent explained is happening next week

-I did notice some marks (wear and tear) on the large white wall in the living room (upstairs)

-This property can’t be beaten in terms of the sensational location -you would really live a very ‘Melbournian’ and cosmopolitan lifestyle in this location oppose to some of the other areas we are looking in.

-Bedrooms are a generous size with high ceilings

-Whilst the townhouse is quite compact in size it has fantastic storage

-This property seems to be managed by a very small boutique agency. This is not a good or bad thing, but perhaps just something to be mindful of. They do not have a branded application form, which was a little bit of a red flag. I just worry that they may not be the most professional agency. This is probably not a fair accusation, but again just something that I noticed.

-The kitchen is small with little bench space

On street parking in the cul de sac is limited

- The outside courtyard is well protected visually from the neighbouring townhouse with screening. Unit 5 benefits from being attached to one dwelling only, this has some privacy advantages, however it is set above the level of unit 4 and when in the backyard looking towards the clothesline there is a line of sight into unit 4 that is not too obtrusive

- Split system air con units in the living room as well as all the bedrooms

- All bathrooms do not have natural light and the power is currently off, thus they’re quite dark in the video

- All bedrooms are on the smaller size with built in robes

- The kitchen and overall house is well maintained and cleaned. The backyard and courtyard have no grass and is easily maintainable at a low level with minimal effort

- The street is some distance from public transport to the CBD (Glenbervie Station is a 22 min walk or 6 min drive). There are trams to the city on Pascoe Vale Road
