* This property backs directly onto a huge park! The back fence actually has a gate that leads from the back garden straight into the park

* Very Unusual floor plan

* The only downstairs heating/cooling is the split system and gas log fire in the front room, I think the rest of the downstairs rooms would really suffer as there are many little rooms, oppose to large open plan rooms so I cant imagine heating/cooling could flow through easily   

* The fridge cavity in the kitchen is not particularly tall

* The dishwasher is the kitchen looks VERY old

* Laminate flooring in the kitchen is quite worn from general wear and tear

* The downstairs bathroom is very unusual in it's layout. The toilet, shower, bath & vanity are separated into three separate rooms

* Access to the back garden is via the downstairs bedroom (not ideal!)

* The back garden is the true star of this property! Very big, secure and has direct access to the park at the rear

* I could see ceiling vents in the upstairs ceiling which is obviously for either heating or cooling or perhaps even both. I enquired with the agent to see if this was in working condition however she wasn't sure as this was not a property that she manages (she was just holding the open for inspection.)
