What MELBOURNE RENTAL SEARCH SAYS:
-LOVE this location!! If you simply walk to either end of the street you will find a supermarket (Woolworths.) restaurants, cafes, boutiques, train stations and a tram stop. Kensington feels like a beautiful leafy village despite having views to the CBD. I was especially impressed to see a little park at the end of the street (250m away) for Aidy.
-I have left sound off the video on purpose so a that you can gauge the noise from the train for yourself. There is no doubt that you can hear the train whilst in the property (keep in mind the door was wide open,) however I personally don’t feel the noise is overbearing. The agent explained that he lives in the same street and said that he can hear the train whilst in his home however it does not keep him up at night.
-Whilst the property is advertised as having a car park it really doesn’t. There is no way a car could fit in the landscaped back area. The agent explained that this property comes with two permit car parks (however you would need to request these from the council.) One side of the Street is completely unrestricted parking however the other side is permit. I had no issues parking right out the front.
-There were 4 other groups who inspected this property. I heard two of the groups tell the agent that they were going to apply
