Upstairs the windows in the master bedroom have fly screens but the other bedrooms have smaller openings which don’t have fly screens. I don’t think this will be an issue due to their height above the ground and that there is split system units in each room for summer.

The inspection was a popular one as you can see from the video and I overheard two other families telling the agent they would apply.
